NEW EDITION INFORMATION

For the third edition (October 2014) the data were re-grossed following revision of the FRS grossing methodology to take account of the 2011 Census mid-year population estimates. New variable GROSS4 was added to the dataset. In August 2019, at the depositor's request, the Pensioners' Income (PI) dataset (pianon) previously held with the FRS was moved to a separate PI series study, SN 8503.
