Please note that the data must be weighted in all analysis to take
account of unequal selection probabilities.  Slightly simplified,
households are selected for the sample with equal probability, but
only one person is interviewed in each household.  Persons in large
households therefore have a lower chance of being selected for
interview than persons in small households. The weighting corrects
for this. The file is not preweighted.  In SPSS the following command
can be used:
	     WEIGHT BY WTFactor
(or similar, depending on the exact syntax of the version of SPSS being used).
