Refer to the documentation file "problems.pdf" for comments on problems
with the original data.

The code book ("code.pdf") does not include any information for columns
after 160. However, the columns 161-163 appear to be shipid repeated,
and column 164 appears to be a deck no. (value always 3). Fields 
unknown1, unknown2, unknown3, and unknown4 (see next section) may be
incorrectly assigned from columns as there is no information on how
columns should be grouped together.
