This study was originally deposited in 1980. It contains a small table
with data available from the ship money assessment of 1636.

It contains the following fields:

Variable 01 is the parish. The parishes are numbered as in the file
code.pdf.

Variable 02 is the number of persons listed as indwellers.

Variable 03 is the number of persons listed as outdwellers.

Variable 04 is the amount of pounds, shillings and pence exacted from
each parish.

The total sum exacted from the whole of the Tendring hundred was 476
pounds 4 shillings 10 pence. The total sum exacted from Harwich was 20
pounds.
